1. The Promoter

The 3 Month PCOS/ PMOS Reset Challenge is organised by Adaye Trading L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Adaye”, “we”, “us”).

2. The Challenge

2.1 The 3 Month PCOS/ PMOS Reset Challenge (the “Challenge”) is a free educational wellness programme running for three consecutive months from September 2026 (the “Challenge Period”). PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) is the name adopted by international consensus in May 2026 for the condition previously called PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome); both names refer to the same condition and are used interchangeably in these terms.

2.2 Participants receive weekly educational emails, complimentary access to three months of Clue Plus, and the opportunity to earn the Completion Reward described in clause 6.

2.3 Participation is free. No purchase is necessary to join, participate or earn the Completion Reward, and making a purchase does not improve a participant’s position in any way.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Challenge is open to individuals who are (a) women aged 18 or over at the date of registration, and (b) legal residents of the United Arab Emirates or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3.2 Employees of Adaye, its agencies and their immediate families may participate in the Challenge but are not eligible for the Completion Reward.

3.3 One registration per person. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by automated means, are invalid.

4. How to join

4.1 Register via the Challenge page at adaye.co using a valid name, email address and mobile number before registration closes.

4.2 Registrations are capped at 500 participants. Once the cap is reached registration closes, and later sign-ups may be added to a waitlist for a future cohort.

5. Completing the Challenge

5.1 To complete the Challenge, a participant must do all of the following during the Challenge Period:

1. (a) follow @adaye on Instagram and TikTok, and remain a follower through to the end of the Challenge Period;
2. (b) post one video in each of months 1, 2 and 3 (three videos in total) on Instagram or TikTok sharing her genuine Challenge journey — for example why she joined, symptoms or patterns she is noticing, changes she is trying, or how she is feeling;
3. (c) tag @adaye and include the hashtag #AdayeReset in each video’s caption; and
4. (d) post each video within that month’s two-week posting window, which Adaye will notify by email to registered participants.

5.2 Each video must be at least 30 seconds long. The participant’s face is not required — voiceovers, screen recordings and similar formats count. Content must be original and the participant’s own.

5.3 Posts must remain publicly visible for long enough for Adaye to verify them, or be submitted to @adaye by direct message. Adaye will confirm receipt of each monthly video by email. It is the participant’s responsibility to tag correctly so that the post can be found.

5.4 Missing any requirement in clause 5.1 means the Challenge has not been completed and the Completion Reward is not earned. The participant may nonetheless continue receiving all educational content for the remainder of the Challenge Period.

6. The Completion Reward

6.1 Every eligible participant who completes the Challenge in accordance with clause 5 earns the Completion Reward. There is no draw, no raffle, no random selection and no judging panel. Completion is determined solely against the objective requirements in clause 5.

6.2 The Completion Reward is one year of Adaye period care: twelve monthly Adaye cycle boxes, each comprising the participant’s choice of Adaye pads, liners and/or tampons up to a retail value of AED 100 per month (total approximate retail value AED 1,200), delivered monthly free of charge.

6.3 The Completion Reward is personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Product selection is subject to availability, and Adaye may substitute items of equal or greater value.

6.4 Delivery is to addresses within the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fulfilment begins within 30 days of verified completion and continues for twelve consecutive months.

6.5 Because registrations are capped at 500 (clause 4.2), the Completion Reward is available to a maximum of 500 participants.

7. Content licence

7.1 By posting a Challenge video carrying the #AdayeReset hashtag and an @adaye tag, the participant grants Adaye a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share and use that content, with credit to the participant’s handle, on Adaye’s own social channels, the Challenge page and Adaye email content, for up to 24 months from the date of posting.

7.2 This licence does not extend to paid advertising. Adaye will seek the participant’s separate written consent before using Challenge content in any paid media.

7.3 Participants confirm that their content is their own, does not infringe third-party rights (including music rights), and does not feature identifiable third parties without their consent.

8. Content standards and disqualification

Adaye may, acting reasonably, disqualify a participant or decline to count a video toward completion where the content is misleading (including unsubstantiated medical claims), offensive or unlawful; breaches the relevant platform’s rules or UAE or Saudi media content standards; was not genuinely created by the participant; or where the participant manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Challenge. Adaye will communicate any disqualification decision with reasons.

9. Health disclaimer

The Challenge provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician. Participants should speak to their doctor before making changes to diet, exercise or medication, and should not delay or discontinue medical care because of Challenge content.

10. Data protection

Personal data collected at registration (name, email address and mobile number) is processed by Adaye to run the Challenge, send Challenge emails, verify completion and fulfil the Completion Reward, in accordance with Adaye’s Privacy Policy, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for participants resident in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Data is processed through our email platform, Klaviyo. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time; unsubscribing from Challenge-operational emails before completion may make completion impracticable, because posting windows are notified by email.

11. General

11.1 Adaye may amend these terms, or suspend or end the Challenge, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control or to comply with law or a regulator’s direction. Registered participants will be notified by email, and no amendment will deprive a participant of a Completion Reward already earned.

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Adaye is not responsible for platform outages (Instagram, TikTok or Clue), lost or misdirected posts or emails, or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11.3 Clue Plus access is provided under Clue’s own terms of service. Adaye is not responsible for the Clue app.

11.4 The Adaye × noon Minutes co-brand does not make noon a promoter of the Challenge.

11.5 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
