I'm Shereen — and I started Adaye because I was tired of being sold products that were silently hurting me.

For years, I used the same conventional period products everyone else was using — without ever thinking twice about what was inside them. Then I started connecting the dots between the chemicals in those products and the hormonal issues so many of us experience: irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, heavy periods, estrogen dominance. The research was there. No one was talking about it.

So I built a brand that would.

Why I Created Adaye

Adaye launched because I wanted to make 100% organic, chemical-free period care accessible to women in the UAE and across the GCC — without the compromise. Not organic-ish. Not "mostly natural". Actually certified.

Every Adaye product is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) — the world's most rigorous certification for organic textiles. That means both the topsheet and the absorbent core are 100% organic cotton. No synthetic fibres, no chlorine bleaching, no fragrances, no dyes, no hormone-disrupting chemicals.
