For optimal safety and comfort, I recommend changing your tampon every 4-8 hours, regardless of absorbency. This helps prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome and keeps you feeling fresh.

How can I make sure that I won't leak while wearing your pads or tampons?

How are your pads and liners different from other organic cotton pads?

Many brands use organic cotton only for the top layer of their pads and liners. I use 100% organic cotton for both the top sheet and the core, so you can be sure there are no dyes, rayon, fragrance, or chlorine bleaching involved.

How are your tampons different from other organic cotton tampons?

While many brands use organic cotton only for the core of their tampons, I go the extra mile. My security veil — the outer layer that holds the fibers in place — is also 100% organic cotton. 

How can I trust that your pads, liners, and tampons are truly organic cotton?

My pads, liners, and tampons are certified by GOTS, one of the most respected certifications for organic materials. You can trust that my cotton meets the highest standards.

How can I be sure that there are no metals in your tampons?

My manufacturers have been undergoing testing for the presence of metals in tampons for the last 5 years, and the latest results have obtained compliance with Global Organic Textile Standard's strict regulations for the presence of any chemical substances.

Have your tampons been tested medically?

My tampons have been tested by both gynecologists and dermatologists for safety.

Where are your pads and liners manufactured?

My liners are made in East Asia, using fully traceable organic and biodegradable materials.

How can I safely dispose of my tampon, pad, or liner once I’m done?

My tampons, pads, and liners are biodegradable, so just toss them in the trash. They’ll decompose safely in a landfill.

How can I safely dispose of the product packaging?

Both the individual product wrappers and the product box are biodegradable. Simply toss them in the trash, and they’ll decompose in a landfill.

Aren’t menstrual cups and reusable underwear more sustainable?

Reusable options do help reduce your carbon footprint. However, my sustainably made single-source period wear also works to minimize your overall environmental impact.

How can I track my online order?

After placing an order, I’ll send you an email with your order number along with a link to track your order. You can use this number to track your order status.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders are fulfilled within one business day, excluding UAE public holidays. Once fulfilled, I’ll dispatch your order the next business day across the UAE. Your goodies will be with you in no time!

How are online orders shipped?

I’ve partnered with trusted third-party delivery services to ensure your package arrives safe and sound.

Can I place an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Just set the shipping address to the receiver’s address when you order. Make sure your details and billing address are correct, so you’re billed for the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and Apple Pay. All online orders must be paid at the time of purchase on my website. I do not accept cash on delivery.

Where do you deliver to?
