Why I built the Adaye sanitary pad dispenser

When I started Adaye, I wanted to make organic period care accessible everywhere women are — not just at home. The dispenser was born from a simple belief: every washroom where women work, train, or heal should stock period care as naturally as it stocks soap. No last-minute panics, no awkward asks, no conventional pads full of chemicals sitting where they shouldn’t be.

The only organic pad dispenser in the UAE using GOTS-certified cotton

Most sanitary pad dispensers in UAE offices and gyms are stocked with conventional pads — chlorine-bleached, synthetic, often scented. Adaye is the only UAE-founded period care brand making its pads and tampons from GOTS-certified organic cotton — in both the topsheet and the core, not just the layer you can see. That means the products in your Adaye dispenser are 100% organic cotton, free from dioxins, synthetic fragrances, chlorine, and rayon — the same quality your employees choose at home, available at work.

  • GOTS-certified organic cotton — the highest international standard for organic textiles
  • Free from harmful chemicals — no synthetic fragrances, no chlorine bleaching, no dioxins
  • Biodegradable and plastic-reduced packaging — aligned with your ESG and sustainability commitments
  • Premium dispenser design — minimal, elevated, fits any washroom aesthetic
  • Custom-branded options available — your logo, your values, front and centre
Which washrooms should have a pad dispenser?

Adaye dispensers are installed in workplaces, fitness spaces, and public facilities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the wider UAE and GCC. If women are in your space, the dispenser belongs in your washroom.

  • Offices and corporate headquarters — support employee wellbeing and become a period-positive workplace in the UAE
  • Gyms and fitness studios — no more interrupted workouts or locker room panic
  • Schools and universities — give students access to safe, organic period care
  • Clinics and hospitals — chemical-free products aligned with your health-first environment
  • Hotels and hospitality venues — elevate the guest experience with premium organic amenities
  • Retail stores and shopping malls — period care in your customer washrooms, done right
  • Co-working spaces — a simple, high-impact addition to your member benefits

Most organisations start with one or two units in the highest-traffic washrooms and expand once people notice. If you’d like, start with a single floor and see what the feedback is like.

How it works

Getting Adaye into your washrooms is straightforward. Fill in the enquiry form on this page and I’ll be in touch within one business day. Together we’ll work out the right setup for your space — number of units, refill schedule, and any custom branding. No complex installation, no vending machines, no coin slots. Just clean, organic period care, beautifully dispensed.

How does refilling work, and is there a minimum order?

However suits you. Refill whenever you need to — either as one-off purchase orders when a unit runs low, or on a subscription so it arrives without anyone having to think about it. There’s no rigid minimum and no contract lock-in.

Reach out and I’ll put together a solution that fits your space — whether that’s one dispenser for a boutique studio or a full rollout across multiple office floors. Tell me your space and footfall and I’ll suggest a sensible starting quantity.

Can Adaye pads refill a sanitary pad dispenser we already have?

Yes. If your washrooms already have pad dispensers fitted, you don’t need new hardware — you need better refills. Most dispensers in UAE offices and gyms are stocked with conventional pads: chlorine-bleached, synthetic, sometimes fragranced. Adaye refills are GOTS-certified organic cotton, individually wrapped, and sized to fit standard wall-mounted units.

Send me a photo of your dispenser and I’ll confirm fit before you order anything.

What is the difference between a pad dispenser and a sanitary pad vending machine?

A vending machine takes payment — coins, card, an app — which means someone caught out has to find a way to pay at the worst possible moment. An Adaye dispenser is open and free to the person using it: she opens it, takes what she needs, and gets on with her day. No coin slot, no screen, no transaction.

It also looks like it belongs in a considered washroom rather than a service corridor. If you’re installing period care to signal that you take employee wellbeing seriously, a payment mechanism rather undercuts the message.

What products go inside the Adaye dispenser?

The Adaye dispenser is stocked with GOTS-certified organic cotton pads (day and night) and tampons (regular, super, light). All products are unscented, hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and free from synthetic chemicals — the same products available on adaye.co.

Do you offer the pad dispenser across the UAE?

Yes — Adaye sanitary pad dispensers are available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and across the UAE. GCC enquiries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman) are welcome too.

Can the dispenser be custom-branded with our logo?

Yes. Custom-branded dispensers are available for organisations who want to align the period care offering with their brand identity and values.

Why choose organic period care over conventional?

Conventional pads and tampons contain synthetic fibres, chlorine-bleached pulp, and artificial fragrances — chemicals that don’t belong near the body. Offering GOTS-certified organic period care in your washrooms signals that you genuinely care about employee health, not just optics. It’s a small decision with a meaningful message.

Is Adaye certified organic?

Yes. Our pads and tampons are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton — the Global Organic Textile Standard, the most rigorous international certification for organic textiles, covering the full supply chain from the field to the finished textile. Our manufacturing partners hold current GOTS certification and we can share scope certificates with procurement teams on request.

We’re the only UAE-founded period care brand using GOTS-certified cotton in both the topsheet and the absorbent core.

What makes Adaye different from other pad dispensers in the UAE?

Other dispenser solutions in the UAE — including vending machines and conventional pad dispensers — are typically stocked with non-organic products, and several use bamboo or wood-pulp fibre rather than organic cotton. Adaye is the only provider offering a fully organic, GOTS-certified cotton refill, making it the premium choice for workplaces and facilities that take employee wellness seriously.
